Do you regularly look after your grandchildren as part of childcare arrangements? And are you looking for inspiring places and activities to enjoy with your grandchildren in Cornwall?

We’re running special ‘grandparent-friendly’ activity sessions at our beautiful site, where you can:

• enjoy spending time with your grandchildren outdoors
• be inspired by play ideas and outdoor fun, with activities led by our expert team
• have the chance to meet other grandparents with their grandchildren

You can find details of our programme of drop-in and bookable sessions for grandparents and their under-fives during January and February 2019.

Wednesdays: Discover and Do
Use your senses to investigate the Med Biome followed by ‘make and play’ activities on the Med Terrace.

How to join in: Please meet by the bicycle near the entrance to the Med Biome.

Thursdays: Music in the Med
Make some noise as you sing, play and move to the beat of the Biome. In this interactive session, you'll learn original songs about the plant life at Eden, written by music specialist Matt Douglas. Sessions take place on the Med Terrace in the Mediterranean Biome.

How to book
Please book sessions at https://www.edenproject.com/visit/whats-on/grandparent-toddler-activities

The bookable sessions are free with admission (so you'll just need a ticket, Annual Pass, Locals' Pass or Eden Project Membership to come in), and don't forget that under-fives get free entry to Eden. You will need to book your grandchild(ren)'s free place on the session to help us anticipate numbers. We ask for a maximum of two children per adult. Please note that the named adult on the booking form must be the individual who attends the session.
