This winter, experience some great wildlife attractions from the Cornish Seal Sanctuary Britain's busiest marine rescue centre to Newquay Zoo, home to more than 1,000 of the world's rare and exciting creatures. Then there’s Blue Reef Aquarium with an exciting world of underwater adventure waiting to be discovered, and Paradise Park in Hayle, a wildlife sanctuary with over 140 species to see plus the JungleBarn indoor play centre. The National Lobster Hatchery has a wealth of information about lobsters, the fishery and marine conservation, as well as activities for all ages.
The gardens and country houses include Lanhydrock superbly set in 450 acres of woods and parkland running down to the Fowey river and encircled by formal and woodland gardens, lovely in all seasons. Trebah with it’s beautiful valley garden with over four miles of footpaths, and Trelissick, on its own peninsula with ever-changing views of the estuary of the River Fal, one of the most amazing natural settings in the country. A delightful small Elizabethan manor house, Trerice is an architectural gem hidden away from the world in a web of narrow lanes and still somehow caught in the spirit of its age. Crealy is a haven of family-friendly rides, giant play areas and animal
encounters. At Dairyland
enjoy a huge undercover play area, The Bull Pen, with climbing nets, slides and
ball pools. There's absolutely loads of undercover activities to do at Flambards.

works. Over forty trains travel through a highly detailed scenic setting
