About Trebah Garden

Trebah is a sub-tropical paradise with a stunning coastal backdrop.

Discover the magic of this beautiful valley garden with over four miles of footpaths. Explore under canopies bursting with exotic blooms. Follow vibrant tunnels of colour that cascade to a private secluded beach on the Helford River.

Trebah offers visitors a year round experience. In spring Trebah comes alive with a colourful array of rhododendrons, magnolias and camellias; in summer the giant gunnera is a must see for young and old. In autumn, Hydrangea Valley cast clouds of china blue and white across Mallard Pond and in winter champion trees dominate the landscape, whilst plants from the southern hemisphere flower.

With adventure play areas, children's trails and special events all year round, Trebah is a family and dog friendly garden.

The stylish Visitor Centre houses an award winning cafe, Gallery and Garden shops as well as a Plant Centre in the summer months.

Opening Hours

Open Saturday to Wednesday, closed Thursday and Friday

Garden, Plant Centre and Gift Shop are open from 10am to 4.30pm

Trebah Kitchen is open 10am to 4pm, last hot food orders at 3pm.

Boathouse Beach Cafe open 10.30am to 3.30pm, weather permitting

Dogs are welcome both in the garden and on the beach (but must be on leads at all times)
