This summer The Lost Gardens of Heligan invite you to a brand new Den Base Camp on East Lawn. Here you will have the opportunity to build your very own den, chill out in a hammock and even toast your own marshmallow on a campfire. A team of bush craft experts will be on hand daily to enhance your wilderness skills and to teach you all about survival in the wild; you can even have a go at the ancient art of fire striking!

If you are feeling a little more adventurous, you can be a real life Indiana Jones and venture down through the only outdoor subtropical jungle in the UK, where you may even discover a Burmese rope bridge towering high above the canopy of trees!

And if that isn’t enough to exhaust you, why not climb, crawl, balance, swing, and slide your way around the new play zone on East Lawn?
